What does “action” mean?

An action is counted when you or Reply200 perform one of the following:

  • Hidden — when a comment is categorized as Spam or Negative, or when you manually hide it in the Logs section.

  • Deleted — when you manually delete a comment through Logs.

  • Replied — when a comment receives a reply.

  • Reacted — when a user comment on Facebook is Liked (Love reactions on Instagram are not supported yet by Meta’s API).

  • Ignored — when Reply200 decides a comment doesn’t require a reply — for example, when it’s socially awkward, adds nothing new, or a response would feel redundant or forced.

You can filter by Action in Logs to quickly find comments with a specific action applied.
