Status | Description |
Active | Connected, all permissions granted, and at least one toggle (Moderate or Engage) is ON. |
Inactive | Fully connected, but no activity in the last 24 hours. |
Permissions Error | Missing required platform permissions (e.g. Manage Comments). You’ll need to relink the profile. |
Card Pending | No payment method added — usage is paused until a card is on file. |
Billing Failed | Last payment attempt failed — add a valid card to resume usage. |
Disconnected | Platform profile is no longer accessible — reconnect or link a new one. |
Cool Off | Meta’s daily comment limit has been hit — replies will resume automatically when limits reset. |
