Usually it’s one of the following:
You’re not an Admin, Editor, or Advertiser on any Facebook Page
Reply200 only works with Pages you have sufficient permissions on
The Pages you manage are owned by a Business Manager you didn’t approve during the Reply200 authorization flow (hosted by Facebook)
If you didn’t select the correct BMs during setup, those Pages won’t appear
To fix this:
1. Check your role
Make sure your Facebook profile has the Admin, Editor, or Advertiser role on the Page(s) you want to use
2. Reconnect via the Reply200 authorization flow (hosted by Facebook)
Select the correct Business Manager(s) manually
Or grant access to all current and future BMs and Pages to avoid missing assets later
