Each platform has its own setup process — here’s how they work:
Linking your Facebook profile
You’ll be redirected to Reply200 authorization flow (hosted by Facebook)
There, you can:
Select which Business Managers (BMs) and Pages to link
Or choose to grant access to all current and future BMs and Pages
Once approved:
Your BMs and Pages appear in the dashboard
Moderate and Engage are toggled on by default
You can adjust toggles or unlink assets anytime under Settings → Assets
Linking your Instagram profile
You can link a standalone Instagram Professional Account (Creator or Business) directly
You’ll be prompted to log in and approve access — no Page or BM selection needed
Once linked:
The account shows up in your dashboard
Moderate and Engage are toggled on by default
You can disable actions or disconnect it from Settings → Profiles
Reply200 never activates anything you don’t explicitly approve.
You stay in full control — during setup and anytime after.
