This typically happens when something is off with your Instagram account permissions or app connection. Here’s what we recommend:
1. Check your Instagram account type
Make sure it’s a Professional account (either Creator or Business). Personal accounts are not supported.
2. Check connected apps
Go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites
If Reply200 is listed, disconnect it and try linking again
If it’s not listed but you use other Meta-related apps, try disconnecting those (if you don’t use them), as they may conflict
3. Try incognito/private mode
Sometimes browser cache or cookies interfere with the login flow. Open Reply200 in an incognito window and try again.
4. Try mobile
If none of the above works, try linking your Instagram account from your mobile browser instead.
